I highly recommend Sierra Collections and Consulting LLC for your collections needs.  My wife and I own a home in Sierra Vista and are renting it out as the Army continues to move us around the globe.  We’d been very lucky with our renters up until the last one.  The last renter decided not to pay that last few months rent while also doing a lot of damage to the home and leaving it a complete mess.  We were very disappointed and honestly had no idea how we would track this renter down and get them to pay the back rent and the damage.  Sierra Collections was recommended to us and we thought we would give them a try.  From the very first phone call we felt like we were in good hands.  Mike Barker explained the entire process as well as what our different options were.  From there his team took the ball and before we knew it we were receiving monthly checks as the renter began to make restitution.  The process could not have been easier and we feel very lucky that all worked out as it did.  A big Thank You to team Sierra Collections, you were there when we needed you!  Robert W.
