I highly recommend Sierra Collections and Consulting LLC for your collections needs. My wife and I own a home in Sierra Vista and are renting it out as the Army continues to move us around the globe. We’d been very lucky with our renters up until the last one. The last renter decided not to pay that last few months rent while also doing a lot of damage to the home and leaving it a complete mess. We were very disappointed and honestly had no idea how we would track this renter down and get them to pay the back rent and the damage. Sierra Collections was recommended to us and we thought we would give them a try. From the very first phone call we felt like we were in good hands. Mike Barker explained the entire process as well as what our different options were. From there his team took the ball and before we knew it we were receiving monthly checks as the renter began to make restitution. Mike Barker is the most tenacious and capable Collections Professional that I have ever encountered. As the owner of multiple rental properties, I frequently come across situations requiring collections activity. I recently had a delinquent account amounting to over $10K satisfied due to Mike’s hard work and never quit attitude. Mike actually tracked the debtor for several years as the debtor job-hopped to avoid collections. Finally the debtor took a job that was too good to leave and Mike was on him within a couple of days.
Mike is extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of the collections process and communicates very well with debtors to collect on their outstanding debt. He kept me fully notified during the process and patiently explained what he was doing so I could understand. I will certainly use his services in the future.
